A Christmas Parisian experience
Paris, one of the most architecturally beautiful, romantic cities in Europe.
I could spend all day walking around snapping photos of the pretty Juliet balconies.
This time we walked around the Louvre at dusk, if you get the chance.. please do it… it’s quiet, peaceful and enchanting. The building lights turn on and it’s nothing short of magical! Thank me later…

December is cold in Paris…. ok cold is an understatement…Paris is freezing in winter!
The day we ventured out to the Eiffel Tower with Bella and Zoey was borderline unbearable.
Taking the girls up to the top of the Tower wasn’t even an option. After walking around for about 20 mins we decided to head somewhere indoors. We ended up at a shopping centre that was packed full of Christmas shoppers, so that was a logistical nightmare with a pram!
The best part of the day was…. you guessed it…. lunch! We found an awesome restaurant “Le Petit Capucci” ok… we are talking… simple delicious pastas with truffle, mushrooms, parmasan, fried chicken pasta, yummy burrata and a nutella dessert on the menu! All very affordable prices too! I would go back in a heartbeat.
Nutella crepes from the street vendors are the best and walking into the Parisian Boulangeries (bakeries) are heavenly…i can almost hear the choir angels sing!
Next trip to Paris i would love to take the girls to Disneyland, the Natural History museum, Luxembourg Gardens, Jardin de Tuileries and of course the Palace of Versailles. :)
We ended our stay walking along the River Seine at sunset, which was absolutely stunning :)

We were feeling a bit loved up in Paris… so there’s a few more kissy photos than normal! The pic in front of Notre Dame was the best family photo we could get… i gave up after that!
