Cabarita Beach is about 45mins drive north of Byron Bay and 45mins south of the Gold Coast.
This is by far my favourite hotel to stay in Australia!
Everything exudes luxury and quality. From the fresh produce at Paper Daisy (the restaurant) to the gorgeous pool area and the stunning rooms decorated by Brisbane-based interior designer Anna Spiro.
Anna Spiro… can you please come decorate my house!!!?!
Take a swim at the beach and pool, eat yourself stupid and then sleep like a king and queen on the comfy beds at night!

Price wise, it’s a bit of a splurge, but it’s worth it, you won’t regret it! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and if you don’t want to dish out a chunck of cash to stay overnight you can book Paper Daisy for breakfast lunch or dinner! The day spa looks incredible too… adding that to my bucketlist!
We ate at Taverna for lunch which is close by in Kingscliff. It’s an AMAZING modern Greek restaurant.
